Introduced an enhancement to the quotas and rate limits in plans associated with API products, which now makes it possible to customize quotas and rate limits in a more granular way. Enhanced the plan details to show the deployments of the plans and make it easier to understand where plans are used.
Introduced the option to display the API owner (organization) in the developer portal. This option can be activated or deactivated globally for each developer portal.

Fixed a bug where notifications could no longer be dismissed when a dialog or overlay was open.
Fixed a bug where changes to the visibility of an API product were not saved correctly.
Fixed a bug where displaying the deployments of an environment could cause the entire interface to stop responding and require a reload.
Fixed a bug where plan discovery in Gravitee was no longer picking up quota/rate limits for plans created in Gravitee correctly due to changes in the Gravitee frontend.

Various typo and minor cosmetic corrections have been made throughout the platform for an improved user experience.
