APIIDA API Gateway Manager

Release Notes Summer 20 H2

When updating from a prior version to Summer 20 H2 you might have to make changes to the user that runs the container. If you set it to www-data in the past, you have to change it to apache.

Please note, that you might also need to change the owner of the /opt/aagm folder to apache:apache. If this is the case, the Gateway Manager will issue a “folder not writable” warning when booting up.

Bugfixes

  • We fixed a bug that prevented some Revocation Checking Policies from being migrated

  • Migration data might be lost when a gateway is removed from the Gateway Manager

  • We fixed a bug that caused certificate based authentication to fail in certain edge cases

Changes

  • We changed the base image the API Gateway Manager is based on to Alpine Linux. This results in smaller image sizes and more up to date internals

  • We added the include and exlude lists for variables, so that it is easier to configure which variables are resolved and which not

  • The port of the datbase can be changed in the docker-compose file
